She’s been in the fitness game for almost a decade, which explains why she can teach literally everything: Cycle and Sculpt, Les Mills Body Balance, Les Mills Shapes, Reformer, Mat Pilates… you name it, she’s probably already queued the playlist for it.

    Her teaching style is the perfect combo of upbeat, uplifting, and “wow, I didn’t know my body could do that.” She’ll hype you up like your personal cheer squad, but trust, you’re still gonna leave class sweaty in the best way.

    We don’t call her Tinkerbell for nothing, Millie is our tiny-but-mighty bungee queen, sprinkling good vibes and adrenaline over every class.     Heidi brings all the calm, grounded energy to Body Balance at Elev8, backed by years of experience and a whole lot of heart. After spending ages as a dedicated student, she got certified to dive deeper into movement and wellness, classic “overachiever in the best way” vibes. She’s also been through her fair share of injuries, so she totally gets the importance of smart, personalized modifications.

    Her classes are all about growth, support, and finding that sweet spot between challenge and chill. And somehow, she still balances family life and wellness like it’s no big deal, true harmony goals. She’s certified in Les Mills Mat Pilates, and when she’s not leading mindful movement, you’ll find her at the front desk greeting everyone like an old friend, answering questions, and making the studio feel like home.

    Vannah is proud to call Cleveland home, and she’s fully living her best life as part of the Lee University crew, always cheering on the Flames with serious school‑spirit energy. When she’s not in class, you’ll spot her at Elev8 Fitness holding down the front desk with a bright smile and the kind of friendliness that instantly makes your day better.
