Heather is one of our owners/instructors. She has a long history in the fitness industry starting early in life teaching gymnastics as a teenager.
Nowadays Heather is teaching Les Mills Shapes, Reformer and Mat Pilates, as well as Barre. She is a woman of many talents and has a soothing and professional approach to instructing that immediately puts you at ease. You can find her on the schedule most mornings. -
Sarah-Instructor/Owner
Sarah is one of our owners/instructors. She has been in the fitness industry just shy of a decade.
You can find Sarah on the schedule most evenings and weekends teaching a range of classes including, but not limited to: Barre, Les Mills Body Balance, Les Mills Shapes, Reformer and Mat Pilates.Sarah’s approach to teaching is upbeat, uplifting, and challenging. She’s going to cheer you on, but she’s also gonna make you sweat!
